Hello and welcome to paradise! My name is Tracey Hayward and I am thrilled that you have found Manzanillo, a little piece of heaven on Earth. I have been a full time resident since here 2010 after visiting Mexico for 10 years and have owned property in Manzanillo since 2005. I am the proud parent of 3 adult children who live and work in Vancouver, Canada.

I was born in London, England and hold a BA in Business Studies and Law. I worked in U.K. Banking for 20 years, qualified as a Certified Accountant and purchased my first home at 19. I moved to Vancouver, Canada in 2000 where I continued my career with Chase Bank while succeeding in Real Estate with the purchase of development projects and rental properties.

After retiring from the Corporate world in 2010 I am now lucky to combine my professional experience in Finance and Law with my personal experience and life long passion for Real Estate. I am proud to be a member of the Coldwell Banker Team and look forward to helping you with your Real Estate needs in Manzanillo and the surrounding areas.
