This house is fully furnished with a stocked kitchen including a stove/oven, refrigerator, toaster and coffeemaker. 

A large back patio area includes a washer and drying lines.  The property is gated and offers a covered garage area that can fit one large vehicle and a motorcycle or two small vehicles and a motorcycle. 

Currently the house does not offer Satellite or Internet service but it can be installed immediately upon a monthly rental lease.  Pets are accepted.
